Raving Fans
I've been a raving fan of the book Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles since I first read it last year.
It's a parable about a new manager that is told that if his customers are merely satisfied, he's failed. Modern "customer service" is so bad everywhere that people settle for sub-standard service, and that is unacceptable.
A truly happy customer is going to be a raving fan, someone who tells you, your boss, and their friends about you because they're excited about the service they've recieved.
This is what I strive for as a web developer. I don't wish for you to be content with your website, I wish for you to be excited about your website.
